How do you ship perishable food items?

All our food products are packed in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep fresh and at the safe temperature.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?

How long will my tacos stay fresh after delivery?

Once received, we recommend refrigerating your items immediately. Most products will stay fresh for 3-5 days in the fridge, or up to 30 days if stored in the freezer.
